Vehicle Characteristics & their Impact on Ride Rating

Our small survey is looking to assess whether the characteristics of a vehicle from Lyft or Uber (Bolt in the UK) has an impacts on the overall rating given at the end of the ride. 

How often do you use a ride sharing platform? (Lyft, Uber, etc)
What vehicle characteristics do you notice most in a ride share vehicle?
Would you rate a ride less if the vehicle exhibited the issue noted above?
Would you raise your rating if the driver was exceptional (or good), regardless of whether that vehicle had an undesired characteristic?
What vehicle characteristics do you least care about in a ride share vehicle?
